These terms apply to the Sing Song Radio website (singsongradio.com), its public API and the Sing Song Radio mobile app for Android and iOS ("the service"). By listening you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What the service is

Sing Song Radio is a free internet radio station. We broadcast music, daily shows, live studio broadcasts and short advertising spots. There is no registration, no subscription and no charge to listen.

2. Personal, non-commercial use

You may listen for your own personal enjoyment. You may not record, re-broadcast, re-stream, embed in another service, or sell access to our stream or to any song, show or recording played on it, and you may not use automated tools to download audio from the service. The music and shows are protected by copyright belonging to their respective owners and licensed to us for broadcast.

3. Fair use of the service

Please do not overload or interfere with the service, probe or attack our servers, bypass rate limits, or submit abusive or unlawful content through the contact form or polls. We may limit or block addresses that do so.

4. Polls and contact form

Polls allow one vote per network address. Messages sent through the contact form must not contain unlawful, offensive or third-party personal information. We read every message but cannot promise a reply to all of them.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the station on air around the clock, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". Streams may pause, songs may change, and live broadcasts may end without notice. When nothing of ours is scheduled the player may switch to a partner stream that we do not produce. We may change, suspend or stop the service or any part of it at any time.

6. The mobile app

The app is offered free of charge through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store and is subject to those stores' own terms in addition to these. It needs an internet connection; mobile data used while streaming is charged by your carrier. We may require you to update the app to keep listening when an old version can no longer be supported.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including data charges, interruptions or the content of third-party advertising. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

8. Privacy

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.

9. Changes and contact
